Timeframe to Report Issues

Claims under the Valid Code Guarantee must be submitted within 24 hours of code delivery.

  • Verify the integrity of the code
  • Confirm it has not been redeemed
  • Resolve issues efficiently and securely

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
